Tara Rai is a British Indian multidisciplinary artist who weaves together sonic, written and visual realms into an evocative tapestry that is distinctly her own. Often drawing upon her excavations of the psyche and soma, there rests a personal yet universal cry to be heard in an ever noisy world.

She is the author of 'Conversations with my Self', a published poetry collection made in 2021 spanning a decade of poetry between London, India and the Cosmos. In 2022, she released her debut EP 'Mauta' with music producer Alex Forster, a 5 track meditation on death.

​

Tara is based in South London and is currently back in the recording studio working on her second EP 'Bardo', the liminal space between death and rebirth.
